Steam roasted pork belly and vegetables:

1 kg pork belly
Sea salt
1 tbsp olive oil
5 carrots
5 shallots
3 onions
2 stalks celery
3 sprigs of fresh thyme

Pre-heat your Gaggenau Combi-Steam oven to 230 degrees on the combi setting.
Score the pork skin and season well with salt, making sure to rub the salt into the scores as well.
Place the pork in the oven for 30 minutes.
While the pork is cooking, cut the vegetables and toss in olive oil. After the pork has cooked, place the vegetables in the bottom of the tray, evenly spread out around the pork belly.
Cook for another 45 minutes.
Remove from oven and let rest for 20 minutes.
Serve with a drizzle of olive oil.

Chicken Adobo:

Vegetable oil
5 chicken thighs, skin-on
1 onion
5 garlic cloves
½ cup white vinegar
¼ cup soy sauce
Bay leaves
White rice

Heat the oil in a large skillet over the VZug FullFlex Hob
Place chicken pieces on medium-high heat until golden-brown. Remove and set aside.
Place the onion and garlic for about six minutes until cooked.
Add vinegar, soy sauce, and bay leaves, and season with pepper to your liking.
Add the chicken and increase to high heat, and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to medium and cover pan, allowing to simmer for about 30 minutes until chicken is tender.
Serve with white rice.

Yuanyuang coffee:

Your selection of quality coffee beans
Strong black tea
1/3 cup whole milk
1/3 cup boiled water
½ – 2 tbsp sugar, depending on your desired sweetness

Using Miele’s Built-in Coffee Machine, select hot water, single. Place your black tea in the hot water and allow to steep for about 4 minutes.
While the tea is steeping, select espresso, single from the options, and let the coffee machine run.
Combine the espresso and the tea into one mug.
Stir in sugar to your desired sweetness.
Add the milk.
Stir thoroughly and serve

Baked Sesame Chicken:

4 chicken breasts
¼ cup sesame seeds
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
½ tsp paprika
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 cup broccoli
White rice

Preheat the Bosch Built-In Oven to 350 degrees
Arrange the sesame seeds onto a baking sheet and place in oven for about 8 minutes until golden brown.
Take out the sesame seeds and let cool.
Change the oven to 400 degrees and let preheat again.
Combine the toasted sesame seeds, salt, pepper, paprika, and flour into a deep dish.
Dip the chicken breast pieces thoroughly in the soy sauce, then into the sesame seed mixture to coat.
Place onto a baking sheet and cook for about 30 minutes, until chicken is crispy and golden brown.
Serve with broccoli and rice.

Chili Lime Grilled Shrimp:

1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 large limes
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp minced garlic
½ chili flakes
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
Pinch of salt and pepper
¼ cup chopped cilantro

Grate the limes to get about 1 tsp lime zest. Squeeze the limes and collect the juice in a small container. You should have about 4 tbsp of juice.
Combine the lime juice, lime zest, olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic, paprika, chili powder, chili flakes, cumin, salt, pepper, and cilantro. Mix well.
Add the shrimp and make sure each shrimp is coated thoroughly with the marinade.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes
Place about 5 shrimp onto skewers.
Preheat grill to medium-high, and drizzle some olive oil on top.
Grill each skewer on the Gaggenau Vario Electric Grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until lightly charred. Make sure not to overcook the shrimp.
Garnish with some extra lime wedges.
