How are we able to sell at such low prices?
EuroHomeDirect acquires products in Europe with wholesale prices and ship them directly to our customers in Hong Kong, Singapore and Worldwide. We are able to supply top European household products at the lowest prices to local consumers because no distributors or dealers are involved in the process.
Are there any additional discounts for the products sold?
We only offer B2B discounts to companies with single order amount above HKD $400000 or SGD $70000 in one single category.
How to authenticate the products sold are genuine?
EuroHomeDirect only sells brand new and genuine products pre-packaged by the manufacturer. No unboxed or second grade products are sold. We welcome our customers to validate the serial numbers with the original manufacturers.
How do I obtain a quote for the furniture category?
In order for us to supply you with a quote, please specify what brand, model, and configurations (ie. size + material) you’re interested in purchasing. Quote request may only be sent by email to [email@example.com]. It is not possible to quote otherwise due to the vast possibility of variations. Please note that order time is about 3-4 months because everything is made to order. Please also expect we are highly competitive compared to local retail prices.
Are the products sold compatible with local standards?
For Hong Kong & Singapore:
Yes, all products sold are compatible with Hong Kong & Singaporean standards without any modification. Our electric appliances are manufactured to operate under 220-240V, 50-60Hz with UK style power plug (type G).
For all other markets:
A voltage converter and/or an adapter may be required. Please check the compatibility.
Warranty, Refund or Exchange
Is there any warranty for the products?
All products sold come with 1-year parts warranty. This warranty only covers technical faults and does not apply if damage is caused by factors including: wrong installation, abuse, mishandling, accident, liquid damage, or failure to follow operating instructions.
What happens after the warranty period expired?
You may contact the local service centre to perform a check and repair.
Is there any refund or exchange policy?
All products sold are non-refundable or exchangeable due to high shipping cost, import taxes & customs formalities unless there is a manufacturing defect or transportation damage. In the unlikely event that you encounter any of the above mentioned issues, please contact us as soon as possible.
Do I have to pay tax for my order?
For Hong Kong:
Hong Kong is a free port. There is no duty or tax on imported goods except cars, liquors, tobacco, hydrocarbon oil and methyl alcohol. All products sold to Hong Kong are not subject to any customs tariffs.
Singapore levies a 7% Goods and Services Tax (GST). GST will be based on the CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) value. All products sold to Singapore are subject to Singaporean GST.
For all other markets:
You are responsible to pay the applicable import taxes and duties.
